Laurel has developed a fun, engaging and inspiring team-building workshop that reintroduces team members to each other and reinvigorates and refreshes everyone to go back to work with a more positive outlook on their own job, and a better understanding of what their colleagues go through every day. The structure of the workshop is ingenious, drawing participants in with a macro, big picture-focused exercises. Then, before you know it, as a team, you’re drilling down on what’s working and what needs improvement when it comes to getting a project done. You’re finding solutions together. And you’re really learning how to listen and communicate effectively.
